This series of workouts is designed to keep you moving and feeling strong throughout your pregnancy, prepare you for labour and jumpstart your postpartum healing.

The series includes a wide variety of classes so there is something to suit you on the days you have lots of energy and also the times you feel like you need to move a little slower.
