The Vacation Series
Whether you're on holidays, traveling, or away for work, this series is perfect for you. The Vacation Series includes 20 sessions, each under 30 minutes, designed to keep you moving and feeling great while you're on the go. Most classes require no equipment, but we’ve also included some workouts using a theraband—easy to pack and perfect for a vacation fitness boost!
Plus, enjoy special stretching sessions tailored for long-haul flights to release tension in your hips and back.
The series is available for $60 and is valid for 3 months from the purchase date.
